What are your thoughts on the importance of preserving one's ancestral language?

It stands as something that was apart of an ancient culture and should be preserved for the future so that people can look back upon it and learn about said ancient culture.

I think it's very important. History of the people is important, and taking that will be taking the identity of someone. Besides, everyone is unique, and many of us learn languages, even in school like Spanish, when we have no ties to he country nor speech.

I think that it is very important and if needed should be thought in special language schools.
