No, there will always be petty conflicts that lead to war. It is unavoidable.

The arguments only hold up from a modern viewpoint. Civilizations across history had existed for centuries with very little conflict. And as we progress into the future, and we find more answers to more problems, the need for war will gradually fade away.

If the world all takes action to resolve existing issues that cause war, we can possibly reach a point where war is obsolete. It's a big ask, but it is possible.

Politicians and humans in general will always be petty and that will always escalate to war if those people are in positions of power to do so.
